Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 0–2 business days (Monday through Friday) after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed after our daily 5:00 PM (Mountain Time) cut-off time will begin processing on the following business day.

Please note that orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on Sundays or major public holidays.


Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using our standard shipping service.

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 3–7 Business Days (Processing + Shipping)

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including severe weather, carrier delays, holidays, or increased shipping demand.

At this time, Maribelles Fashion Boutique ships only within the United States.

We currently do not offer international shipping services.


Shipping Cost

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all eligible orders shipped within the United States.

No additional standard shipping charges will be added during checkout.


Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

You can use the tracking number to follow your shipment directly through the carrier's tracking system.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 2 business days after placing your order, please contact our customer support team for assistance.


Delivery Delays or Lost Packages

If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist you in resolving the situation.


Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or if the contents are defective upon delivery, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us process your claim quickly, please provide:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping package
  • Your order number

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before your order is dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made, and Maribelles Fashion Boutique is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrectly provided addresses.
